I have been playing with Livebrush, a vector based drawing tool, built using Flash (air). It uses physics-based brushes and automatically tapers your brush strokes, so it’s especially great if you don’t have a pressure-sensitive tablet.

It’s loads of fun, and I recommend you try it.  :D
